Young, millennial, first time home buyer here. I was not intimidated with the home buying process per say because I had previously worked in a real estate office as the weekend receptionist and learned how the real estate industry operated and worked. During my time as an employee of a local real estate brokerage, I met a few agents but I recall Crystal standing out to me because she wouldn’t just say “ Hi” as she walked by the reception desk but she would engage in conversation. I observed her in her client meetings in the office and I liked how she demonstrated excellent active listening skills and how she explained and broke down the home buying process and the local market.
